At Miias, we are committed to delivering beautifully crafted fashion pieces with care and reliability. To ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience, please review our detailed shipping policy below:


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are considered for same-day processing.
  • We process orders on all days except Sundays and public holidays, subject to courier service availability.
  • Customized or altered items may require additional processing time. We will notify you if your order falls into this category.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Our logistics partners include:

·       India Post (Speed Post) – for standard and pan-India deliveries (free shipping)

·       DTDC & DHL – for express and international shipments (charges applicable)

·       Porter & Swiggy Genie – for local same-day deliveries in select areas

The choice of courier may vary depending on location, order urgency, and shipping preferences.

 

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping is offered across India for deliveries handled by India Post (Speed Post).
  • For urgent deliveries, we use DTDC or other express services. The shipping cost for these services is to be borne by the customer.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Within the same city: 1–2 business days
    • Within the same state: 2–3 business days
    • Pan India: Up to 7 business days

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, Germany, and other select countries.
  • International delivery times vary based on location, order type (e.g., customized items), and the chosen courier.
  • All international shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Fulfilment

  • All products are shipped in branded packaging, ensuring a premium unboxing experience.
  • We may occasionally allow order pickups from our studio/store—please contact us in advance for arrangements.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Order status updates are shared via Email/WhatsApp or Instagram direct messages.
  • You will be notified at the following stages:
    • Order Confirmed
    • Packed
    • Shipped (with tracking details)
    • Out for Delivery
    • Delivered
  • You will receive a tracking link or number to monitor your shipment.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery Responsibility & Third-Party Logistics

Please note that Miias relies on third-party logistics partners (such as India Post, DTDC, DHL, Porter, and Swiggy Genie) for all deliveries. Once an order has been dispatched, the operations are beyond our direct control. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier backlogs or regional disruptions. While we commit to ensuring that your product reaches you, tracking the shipment and notifying Miias of any delays beyond the threshold is the responsibility of the customer. Any delays or discrepancies post-dispatch must be addressed through the respective courier service’s support system, and Miias will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our operational control. We will, however, provide full assistance, coordinate as needed and keep the customer updated till the issues are resolved.

 


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Miias has not experienced lost shipments to date. However, in the rare event of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package, please contact our customer care team.
  • We will assist you to the best of our ability, but Miias is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Non-Delivery Zones

 

We currently do not restrict delivery to any regions in India. However, delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas and we will not be able to service the PIN-codes which are not serviced by our courier partners.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Miias is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
