Refund policy

Miias Exchange, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Miias, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. While most concerns can be resolved through exchanges or replacements, there are rare cases where refunds may apply. Below are the terms for each scenario.


1. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Our Default Solution:

·       We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or minor product variations.

·       Instead, we provide exchanges or replacements for eligible issues.

Valid Cases for Exchange/Replacement

You may request within 3 days of delivery if:

·       The wrong item was shipped.

·       The product is defective or damaged.

·       There is a print/design discrepancy (subject to approval).

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges/replacements are not permitted for:

·       Products without original tags/packaging.

·       Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

·       Discounted or clearance items (all sales final).

·       Claims without unboxing video + photos (see Section 3).

 

 

·       If the issue is due to MIIAS (e.g., defective/wrong item), we cover both the return shipment cost and the replacement shipping.

·       For customer-initiated exchanges (e.g., size/color change), the customer bears the all shipping cost related to the exchange. MIIAS covers only the first shipping cost.

·       No reverse pickup service – Approved returns must be couriered to our address.


2. Limited Refund Policy

Refunds are exceptionally provided only in the following cases:

Case 1: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

·       If we cannot replace the item, a refund may be issued if you insist.

·       Requires unboxing proof (video + photos).

Case 2: Order Not Delivered

·       If your order is undelivered and our logistics partner confirms it as lost, a refund can be demanded if a replacement is not acceptable.

Case 3: Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Delays

·       If we fail to ship within the promised timeline, you may cancel for a refund.

Refund Process

·       Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

·       Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

o   Note: Additional processing time may be required by your bank/payment provider. Delays from financial institutions are beyond our control.


 

3. Mandatory Unboxing Documentation

To protect both parties, all claims require:

·       continuous unboxing video showing:

o   The sealed package + shipping label.

o   The product being unpacked (all angles visible).

o   Any defects/wrong items clearly highlighted.

·       High-resolution photos of the issue.

·       Claims without proof will not be processed.


4. How to Initiate a Request

1.     Email [support@miias.com] within 3 days with:

o   Order number + issue description.

o   Unboxing video (heavy files should be shared via GoogleDrive)+ photos.

2.     Return the item (if applicable) in original condition.

o   You must arrange and pay for return shipping.

o   No reverse pickup is provided.

3.     Await approval – We’ll respond within 48 hours.


5. Important Terms

·       No refunds for change of mind or sizing errors.

·       Refunds are limited to the cases outlined above.

·       Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

·       No reverse pickup – You must courier returns to us.

·       Sale items are final (no exchanges/refunds).
